Annapurna NATT Trails - As the road construction has been increasing more and more in Annapurna region, In 2011 ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) declared to explore new alternative trekking route in Annapurna, named them NATT (New Annapurna Trekking Trails) and finally back in 2012 NATT was renamed to Natural Annapurna Trekking trail. NATT is the new trekking trail in Annapurna region which avoids the road and more attractive route for trekking in Annapurna. The alternative trails are painted with red/white or blue/white sign on the way on rocks, electric poles, houses and trees, so that trekkers could find the way easily. Annapurna Region reside the amazingly beautiful mountains that framed every moment. Natural Annapurna Trekking trail will take you through the mountain ranges, passing through beautiful landscapes, awe inspiring sceneries, sun rises, sunsets. NATT trails includes Annapurna round or Annapurna circuit, Tilicho Lake, Annapurna Panorama trek & Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp trek. The most popular trekking season starts from September to the mid of December and February to June in Annapurna.

Detailed Itinerary

Trip Itinerary

Day Highlights
Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m). Transfer to Buddha Hotel. Overnight with breakfast.
Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Chamje (1,410m): 8-9 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 3 Trek from Chamje to Dharapani (1,960m): 5 - 6 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 4 Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,710m): 5 - 6 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 5 Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,300m): 5 - 6 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 6 Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,500m): 6 - 7 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 7 Rest day in Manang Village. Day hike to Ice Lake and Gangapurna Lake. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 8 Trek from Manang to Khangsar (3745m): 2-3 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 9 Trek from Khangsar to Tilicho Base Camp (4140m): 5-6 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 10 Explore Tilicho Lake (4,949m) then trek back to base camp: 5-6 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 11 Trek from Tilicho Base Camp to Yak Kharka (4040m): 4-5 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 12 Trek from Yak kharka to Thorang Phedi: (4420m): 3-4 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 13 Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong La pass (5416m): 7 - 8 hours. Overnight at guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 14 Trek from Muktinath to Lubra and to Jomsom and then to Marpha ( 2500m): 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 15 Trek from Marpha to Kokkethati ( 2300m): 6 to 6 hours. Overnight at Guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 16 Trek from Kokkethati to Dana ( 2100m): 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 17 Trek from Dana to Tatopani (1900m): (2,5 hours) + hot springs. Overnight at Guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees
Day 18 Trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani ( 2800m): 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Guest house with breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees.
Day 19 Hike Poon Hill early morning, after sunrise, back to Guest house, pack and trek down to Tikhedunga, take a jeep from here to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara View hotel with breakfast.
Day 20 After breakfast, drive to Kathmandu 200 km by a tourist bus. 6 hours. Overnight at Buddha Hotel with breakfast
Day 21  Full day rest and shopping in Kathmandu. Overnight at Overnight at Buddha Hotel with breakfast.
Day 22 Final transfer to international airport, fly home.

Note: If above itinerary couldn’t meet your needs, we can design a tailor-made itinerary to suit your needs. It is also possible to combine with some other activities such as Jungle safari in Chitwan National park and Pokhara tour.
